This is a work created by me, available as a single copy or within the legal limit of eight casts + four artist’s proofs.
As the creator, I retain, de facto and without the need for registration, the copyright on all my original sculptures, even after they have been sold. The purchaser becomes the owner of the physical object, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without my written consent.
Each sculpture is signed, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and protected by copyright. Any unauthorised use (copying, plagiarism, reproduction or distribution) constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.
I ship my sculptures worldwide, with secure packaging and full tracking. Additional charges will apply for delivery outside France.
